This policy covers operwise.pro, which is operated by Operwise LLC (“Operwise”, “we”, “us”).
Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company (optional), and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange the assessment call you asked for. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
No selling of data
We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by email through Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We may use other ordinary service providers (for example, our email provider) only to receive and store your message for us.
Cookies and tracking
By default this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice. If we add analytics later, we will update this page to say so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them after that, normally within 24 months of our last contact. If we start working together, project records are kept under the terms of our agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email contact@operwise.pro and we will respond within a reasonable time.
