This policy covers operwise.pro, which is operated by Operwise LLC (“Operwise”, “we”, “us”).
Short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and we don’t sell it.
What the contact form collects
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company (optional), how you heard about us, and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
If you arrived at this site from one of our ads or from a link we tagged, the form also sends the campaign tags in that link (such as utm_source and utm_campaign) and any ad click ID (Google’s gclid or Microsoft’s msclkid). These are read from the page address only; nothing is stored in your browser.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange the assessment call you asked for. We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking. If you send us your details through a form on LinkedIn, we use them in the same way.
We use the campaign tags and ad click ID to learn which campaigns lead to real conversations. To measure our ads, we share the ad click ID and what happened next (for example, that a call was booked or held) with Google or Microsoft, whichever showed you the ad. We don’t share your name, email or message with them.
No selling of data
We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their marketing. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by email through Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Visit statistics are counted by Plausible Analytics. We may use other ordinary service providers (for example, our email provider) only to receive and store your message for us.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice.
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages, links and campaigns bring people here, and how many people use the ROI calculator or send the form. Plausible uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal data; we see only totals. We don’t use Google Analytics, and this site loads no Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn advertising tags.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them after that, normally within 24 months of our last contact. If we start working together, project records are kept under the terms of our agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email contact@operwise.pro and we will respond within a reasonable time.
